Charles joined Symmetria Group as a founding consultant, bringing 23 years of operational experience across small enterprises and large multinational manufacturers. He is equally at home on a factory floor mapping a bottleneck with line operators as he is presenting a transformation plan to a leadership team. His practice sits at the intersection of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile: he draws from all three and is attached to none of them in isolation, because the method should fit the problem, not the other way around.

Betsy joined Symmetria Group as a founding consultant with 18 years of experience at the point where IT infrastructure meets people and culture. She works from a clear premise: most framework rollouts fail for behavioral and structural reasons, not technical ones. Her background spans HR, IT deployment, and project management, which means she can see the people problem and the process problem at the same time, and address both. When an engagement ends, her measure of success is whether the team can sustain the new practices without a consultant in the room.
