Edward founded Symmetria Group in 2016 after three decades working inside and alongside enterprise IT organizations. His focus is governance and service architecture: the decisions that determine whether an IT function operates as a cost center or a value driver. He has worked with organizations ranging from mid-market firms to large public-sector departments, and his platform experience runs deep enough that the designs he produces are built to be implemented, not admired.

Charles joined Symmetria Group as a founding consultant, bringing 23 years of operational experience across small enterprises and large multinational manufacturers. He is equally at home on a factory floor mapping a bottleneck with line operators as he is presenting a transformation plan to a leadership team. His practice sits at the intersection of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile: he draws from all three and is attached to none of them in isolation, because the method should fit the problem, not the other way around.

Betsy joined Symmetria Group as a founding consultant with 18 years of experience at the point where IT infrastructure meets people and culture.
